Anónimo I placed an order for 5 gallons of rinse and a few cellophanes. The box broke into pieces during shipment to the point that USPS would not deliver it. Additionally, they sent 5 gallons of shampoo and 1 cellophane which wasn't what I ordered. I requested a refund and sent an email 5 days ago; I have yet to hear from anyone.
