Hello! My husband purchased this product while we were on a cruise and had a port in Amber Cove, Dominican Republic, because he was having some neck and shoulder pain. It really helped him. A few months later I began having intense pain in my left shoulder, and again, it worked. I wanted to have more on hand since we're running low.
